Concern
Zone #1: Barnett to Jackson St.;
Zone #2: Jackson St. to McAndrews; and, Zone #3: McAndrews to Crater Lake Hwy.
Pick a zone, or... start @ #1...
Creek bed to an Elevation of 50 ft./ both sides; and, horizontal til you meet an obstruction (building, bike path, road, etc..). Start here, make it look like Lithia Creek, in Ashland (You'll walk up and down Lithia Creek, but not Bear Creek ?); and then, start painting the back of every single building that backs up to Bear Creek...
Those painted pillars, below our 'Viaduct', trend more/ catch the eye in a positive way/ and, could promote our local University (SOU students could paint em')... ALL in a positive format...
We've spent the last 50 years trying to tell ourselves that Main & Central is dead center; when, WE KNOW IT'S 'Hawthorne Park' ! Let's spend the time (& $$$) to take back/ build back our core !
