Reimagine Eustis Downtown: Your Vision, Your Future

Make your voice heard!

The City of Eustis, in collaboration with MIG+W Architecture and Landscape Architecture, has unveiled exciting plans for our beloved downtown's future. These plans, displayed at Georgefest and here online, represent months of dedicated work and collaborative visioning.

We want your feedback to ensure the new downtown reflects the soul of Eustis and resonates with residents and visitors alike.

Share your thoughts!

Your feedback is crucial in shaping the final masterplan, which will be presented to the City in March 2024.

Take a moment to explore the proposed designs and ask yourself:

  • What excites you most? Are there specific elements that spark your imagination or address current needs?
  • Do you see yourself enjoying these spaces? Imagine strolling with friends, spending time at the park, or enjoying local businesses in the revitalized downtown.
  • Does the plan feel authentically Eustis? What elements capture the city's unique character and charm?
  • What questions or concerns do you have? Are there details you'd like clarified or aspects you wish to see addressed differently?

Here are some additional prompts to inspire your feedback:

  • Imagine: What activities would you love to see happening in the proposed public spaces?
  • Connect: Do the proposed transportation options effectively link different areas of the downtown?
  • Thrive: How can the plan support local businesses and create a vibrant economic environment?
  • Preserve: Are there historical or cultural aspects you want to see incorporated or highlighted?
